Sewing Course Online
Every day people say to me: “I wish I could do what you can do” Well, now you can learn!. We have set up “sewing online course”
We design a garment every month and send out a paper pattern covering sizes 8-30. We also record a video with step by step instructions how to make the garment. We give recommendation on what fabrics you can use, how and why to chose the different options.
We also are on hand at all times for any Q&A you may run into.
We offer a monthly zoom call where we go over any difficulties in the pattern or any questions which may have come up.
We also offer support on our facebook group for all the subscribers. The group has a fun vibe with everyone asking questions and supporting each other and cheering on the garments made, you can partake in that if you wish.
On the 16th of September, we are launching a mini course. We will take you through the basics, so you know how to get you started. We will do this over 3 evenings the 16th the 17th and the 18th at 7 pm and it is recorded so you can watch it back if you are busy. The sessions will be short and energetic and encourage you to get started. There will be a price for the most engagement.

- How to get a space set up for dressmaking
- How to take your measurements
- How to adapt the measurements to the pattern
- How to pick garments to flatter your body type
- How to develop your personal style
There will also be an opportunity to make a small craft project.
How can I join?
This is a taster session for or main course the subscription for our dressmaking course. The mini-course will make you ready to get start your first garment.
The mini course is £10 to attend (usually £15)
The £10 is redeemable against the subscription afterwards. Therefore you will get the £10 off the first month (usually £28 with £10 off £18 for the first month)
Firstly the next month we will make pyjama pants secondly the following month. We will tackle the pyjama jacket, building on the learnings from the first month, so you will develop skills each month. These will be ready for the winter months and will make an outstanding personalised gift.
The course has been running for a year now and the participants have made a variety of garments, all specifically to their style and shape.
