A Relaxed Converted Barn Wedding at Healey Barn, is the exciting brief Rebecca presents me with at our first meeting.
Lots of planning had gone into the wedding which would make the lovely couple achieve a relaxed fun day for everybody.
The dress had to match the feel!. By working together and choosing materials from our samples in the shop we created something fully bespoke for Rebecca.
Her dress is based on a boned bodice and a soft flowy silk satin chiffon skirt. With that Rebecca chose an ivory embroidered tulle overlay, therefore, creating a kind of soft “blousey” soft feel.
By adding decorations of pearl and silver beaded trims to all edges, we add a bit of texture to the dress furthermore the lovely lace scalloped edge is finishing the join between bodice and skirt.
Buttons and loops create a lovely finish at the back and a concealed zip in the skirt.
