We loved working with these two, Mrs Ivory and Mrs Emerald.
Their closeness, support and love for each other are apparent to everyone.
We had a big task to keep both dresses secret from them. And at the same time, we tried to coordinate the whole look, so they went together.
We feel we have achieved this.
We made Molly’s bespoke dress in Devore silk organza with a floral design, a strapless bodice, and a long veil with lace edging.
Evie’s dress was in lush dark green silk. She had long sleeves with deep cuffs and buttons and a low back. We made crossed straps on the back of the dress for a lovely back detail,
The wedding was a gathering of close friends and family for a lovely wedding shore of Lochgilphead. The dresses look incredible on the brides in the beautiful autumn colours.
We even made the little flower girl dress a mix of both the bride’s dresses. The flower girl has a little Devore silk skirt and a plain silk bodice. The little bodice has a Peter Pan collar, green piping, belt, bow, sashes and buttons.
It was a coincidence our lovely co-worker Fern Photography was hired to photograph on the day. We love how Daniel captured the two brides and their dresses.
We wish Mrs Ivory and Mrs Emerald the best lives together.
