Chantilly lace for relaxed barn wedding

Beautiful wedding and beautiful bride with lots of beautiful DIY details the bride had made so much preparation for this wedding in the lovely relaxed barn stable buildings at Wedderburn-Castle, Dunns. We made her dress in a lovely fine Chantilly lace overlay, she had a satin dress below, with internal lace up and buttons and loops at the back. Guipure lace scroll on silk georgette silk dress

Guipure lace scrolls, on beautiful silk crepe dress, was the brief for what Julia wanted us to make for her wedding. The dress had a lot of hand work on it as we had cut out all the Guipure scrolls and shaped them, then attached them by hand to give the swirly necklines and soft edges. Photoshoot in Renfrewshire

Duncan Holmes picked a bunch of talented creatives and went to the countryside in Renfrewshire for a photoshoot. We were delighted to supply the dresses for the shoot, they had a long and busy day, and we adore the results, these classic shots. Thank you to the fab venue and the people involved. Wintry Elopement

Beautiful Wintry Elopement Wedding to the north of Norway. We loved Danielle’s brief description of her wedding in Norway; “it’s going to be snowy, dark outside and with lots of candles” She chose a soft draping silk satin we made her a lovely sleeveless slash neck wedding dress, with a little train and crystal belt. Ivory chiffon and gold sequins

Angie had ideas of a wedding dress with inspiration drawn from Fearne Cottons wedding dress, However… she wanted to make it her own. She wanted to change the neckline front and back, the sleeves, with gold sequins instead of silk, and she went for a longer length skirt. We did a few more tweaks to make it her own personal dress. What a beautiful wedding to be involved in, Alison, wanted a dress to suit her for her wedding, we suggested luxurious gold silk satin in lovely long panels. We then made her a gold beaded lace bolero to go over the top with silk buttons down the back.
