Can I do the course when it suits me?
You are able to do the course at your own pace and at a time which suits you.
Does your course come with all materials needed?
The course includes the patterns where required and a step by step guide in how to cut and make the pieces. Each guide will have a list of things required to make the piece. Some kits are available to purchase.
Can I purchase the fabric and materials from you?
We currently hold a small but lovely selection of fabrics for our patterns. These fabrics packs are made up from end of line or deadstock in order to be sustainable and save it from landfill.
Can I just purchase one of the patterns?
If you wish to try out the course or have seen a pattern you like you are able to purchase just one pattern of you choice. The course is setup to work you through the different patterns.
Can I cancel the course/subscription at any point?
You are able to cancel your course membership at any point, we do however require 14 days notice prior to your next payment instalment to make sure we are able to cancel it in time.
How do I access the course once I have purchased it?
Digital downloads will be delivered immediately to your inbox if you purchase already issued episodes. Each month we will launch a new episode on the 10th of the month. If you experience any difficulties downloading any of our goods or services, please get in touch so we can try and assist you on courses@freja-fashion.co.uk.
Physical goods will be shipped using Royal Mail or other reputable courier companies. We will process your order and delivery promptly, we will notify you of your tracking number so you can communicate with the courier in case of any issues and delays.
How can I ask questions whilst working on the pattern?
We have a dedicated Facebook group where you can ask questions as well as a weekly online live sessions with Mette the pattern and Dressmaker Designer. The sessions are currently planned for 7 pm on Mondays, this may be subject to change, but they can always be watched back. Alternatively you can email courses@freja-fashion.co.uk.
Can I try out a class before I buy it?
Yes, we have a free downloadable skirt available to try for free. You can click the link below and enter you details to receive the course for free via email. Click here to make a skirt in an afternoon
What if the course is not suitable?
If for any reason the course or patterns are unsuitable then we offer a 14-day money back guarantee if the class is not suitable for whatever reason.
Can I sell what I have made using your patterns?
All patterns, design and instructions are for personal non-commercial use only. Pieces made using our patterns may not be produced for resale. When you purchase Freja Designer Dressmaking you are agreeing to these terms and conditions.
Can I purchase a pattern or a membership as a gift?
You are able to purchase our courses and patterns as gift, sewing courses make great gift!
